This site is the personal portfolio of Nick Ferry — actor, model, and producer. We aim to collect as little information as possible. Below is what we do and don't do with the data that passes through this site.
What we collect
This site is statically generated and served by Cloudflare Pages. It does not run any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.
- Theme preference — your dark/light mode choice is stored in your browser's
localStorageasnf-theme. It never leaves your device. - Server logs — Cloudflare records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These are governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
- Contact form — if you choose to send a message via the contact form, the name, email, subject, and message you provide are transmitted to nickferry18@gmail.com. They are not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.
What we don't collect
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, etc.).
- No newsletter or email-list signups.
- No social-media tracking widgets that load before you interact with them.
Embedded content
This site embeds video reels from YouTube. When you click play on a reel, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data per its own policies. The embeds use youtube.com/embed with rel=0 to limit related-video tracking.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you (almost certainly none beyond a contact-form message you sent), have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email nickferry18@gmail.com for any of these requests.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it.
